Privacy Policy

Raja Ampat Seaplane’s privacy policy covers only the enquiry data you choose to send us through WhatsApp or email when you ask about Raja Ampat access. Juara Holding Group’s BD desk collects the minimum needed to answer you, never sells it, keeps it only as long as reasonably necessary, and follows Indonesia’s UU PDP (Law 27/2022) with GDPR-aware handling for visitors from the EU/UK. Last updated: September 2026.

Who Operates This Site and Handles Your Data?

rajaampatseaplane.com is published by Juara Holding Group, an independent coordination desk established in 2015. Juara Holding Group is not a seaplane operator, not a government agency, and not affiliated with any named seaplane or aviation company referenced on this site. We do not hold, and do not claim to hold, an aviation operating certificate. Enquiries submitted here are handled directly by our BD desk and, where relevant, forwarded to licensed operators for clearance and quoting.

Because there is no scheduled or officially regulated public seaplane service to Raja Ampat as of September 2026, this policy covers how we handle contact and enquiry data for any access route you ask about — seaplane, ferry, or speedboat — not a live booking or payment system. We do not process card payments on this site.

What Personal Data Do We Collect?

We only collect what you volunteer when you reach out.

Data type When we collect it Example
Name You introduce yourself on WhatsApp or in an email “Hi, this is Sarah from Melbourne”
Phone number (WhatsApp ID) Automatically visible when you message our WhatsApp number +61XXXXXXXXX
Email address You email bd@juaraholding.com or reply to us you@example.com
Trip details You share dates, group size, or interests “4 pax, late 2027, Sorong to Waisai”
Nationality/passport type Only if you volunteer it, to check marine park fee categories “We are Indonesian citizens”

We do not ask for, and you should never send us, payment card numbers, bank credentials, or government ID scans over WhatsApp or email. If a licensed operator later needs identity documents for a permit or ticket, that exchange happens directly with them, under their own privacy terms.

How and Why Do We Collect It?

Data reaches us only when you initiate contact — by messaging our WhatsApp number, emailing us, or filling in an on-site enquiry form that forwards to those same channels. We do not use hidden trackers to harvest personal data, and we do not buy contact lists from third parties.

We use your data for one purpose: to understand your enquiry about Raja Ampat access (Sorong gateway logistics, Waisai transfers, Misool routing, or marine park entry requirements) and to respond, including relaying relevant details to a licensed operator or ferry/transfer partner when you ask us to arrange something on your behalf. Under UU PDP, this is processing based on your consent, given by the act of messaging us, and on our legitimate interest in providing the service you requested.

Do We Sell or Share Your Data?

No. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties, ever. We share your enquiry details only with:

  • The specific licensed operator, ferry office, or transfer partner you ask us to coordinate with, and only the details needed to quote or confirm that service.
  • Our own BD team members handling your enquiry.
  • Authorities, if legally required to respond to a lawful request under Indonesian law.

We do not run retargeting pixels built specifically to re-market to you using your WhatsApp or email identity.

How Long Do We Keep Your Data?

Situation Typical retention
Enquiry that goes nowhere (no reply from you) Up to 12 months, then deleted or archived offline
Active conversation or arranged trip Duration of planning plus a reasonable follow-up window, typically up to 24 months
You ask us to delete your data Removed from active systems within 30 days, subject to any legal retention duty

These are working targets, not guaranteed system limits — as of September 2026 we do not operate an automated data-expiry system, so deletion on request is manual. If you want confirmation your data was removed, ask us via WhatsApp or email and we will confirm in writing.

What Are Your Rights?

If you are in Indonesia, UU PDP (Law No. 27/2022) gives you rights over your personal data, including the right to know what we hold about you, to ask for corrections, to withdraw consent, and to request deletion, subject to any legitimate reason we may have to retain it (such as an unresolved booking dispute).

If you are in the EU/UK or another jurisdiction with GDPR-style protection, we apply the same practical standard in good faith: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and objection, even though Juara Holding Group is an Indonesia-based desk and not formally established in the EU/UK. We are not a data controller of scale that requires an appointed EU representative, and this policy is not a substitute for legal advice on cross-border data rights.

To exercise any of these rights, message us on WhatsApp or email — see contact details below. We aim to acknowledge within 5 business days.

How Do We Protect Your Data?

WhatsApp messages to our number are protected by WhatsApp’s own end-to-end encryption, which we do not control or override. Email is only as secure as standard email transport; avoid sending sensitive documents (passport scans, card details) by either channel. Internally, enquiry data is accessible only to BD desk staff who need it to respond to you, and we do not publish enquiry content publicly.

No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection against every possible breach. If a data incident affecting your information occurs, we will notify affected users and relevant authorities as required under Indonesian law.

Cookies and Basic Website Analytics

If this website uses cookies, they are limited to basic, non-invasive analytics — for example, to see which pages visitors find useful — and are not used to build advertising profiles tied to your name. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time; doing so will not stop you from messaging us on WhatsApp or email.

Third-Party Links

This site may link to ferry operators, marine park portals (such as the official KKP Raja Ampat portal or Sipari), or partner sites. Once you leave rajaampatseaplane.com, that site’s own privacy policy applies — we are not responsible for how third parties handle your data.

Children’s Privacy

This site and our enquiry channels are intended for adults planning travel. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 independently of a parent or guardian’s enquiry.

Booking and Liability Notice

Juara Holding Group is an independent coordination desk, not the operator of any seaplane, ferry, vessel, or accommodation referenced on this site. Any seaplane leg is arranged on request via licensed operators, subject to aviation clearance and marine park rules current at the time — access described here is not a confirmed, scheduled service. Marine park entry fees and regency levies are set and collected by the relevant government or conservation authority, not by us, and figures on this site are date-stamped estimates subject to change. We are not a licensed financial, legal, or tax adviser, and nothing here is investment or legal advice.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our BD desk processes or Indonesian data protection rules evolve. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the current version; material changes will be reflected here rather than notified individually.
